RESPONSIBILITY WAIVER Artists On The Move and its instructor, Neva Bergemann, plan to conduct workshops in Greece 2008 as described in this web site. Each person interested in participating must agree that Artists On The Move and Neva Bergemann (the "Sponsors") will not be responsible in connection with complaints or claims arising from persons who participate in a workshop. By signing below, I acknowledge and accept that the Sponsors reserve the right to cancel any workshop should conditions warrant, in which event an equitable amount of monies will be refunded at the reasonable discretion of the Sponsors. I further acknowledge and accept that the Sponsors reserve the right to decline to accept potential participants, and after acceptance, to advise a participant that such person will no longer be a participant in the workshop. Such previously accepted participant shall receive an equitable refund based on the facts and circumstances, in the reasonable discretion of the Sponsors. The undersigned hereby agrees to participate in the workshop during the dates advertised and by full payment of the workshop cost acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms in this Responsibility Waiver. I acknowledge that should I elect to withdraw in the middle of the trip, while course term is in progress, for any reason, under any circumstances, I shall not be entitled to, nor shall I request, any reimbursement of the trip or the workshop. If I fail to have the necessary documents at customs to leave and enter the countries required, I will not be entitled to, nor shall I seek, any reimbursement of any costs and expenses I incur, including, but not limited to travel, accommodations, workshop participation fees, or for any other matter. I acknowledge that Artists On The Move and Neva Bergemann cannot and has not reviewed all pages of the third party sites linked to this Site and therefore cannot be liable for their content. Users of this website agree that any use of any link to other sites shall be at such user's own risk and that any use such of such sites by user shall be according to the terms and conditions of listed in such sites. The terms and conditions of any such accommodations or conveyances shall be limited to the terms and conditions provided by such companies. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the participants (in the sole opinion of the Sponsors), or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements such alternatives may be made without liability or penalty to the Sponsors. Further, Artists On The Move and Neva Bergemann accept no responsibility for (i) loss of tickets or coupons, (ii) loss of or damage to personal articles and effects, (iii) injuries whether due to accidents, and whether or not any such injury leads to death, or (iv) losses or additional expense due to delays, problems, accidents, or damages caused by transportation or other services, or resulting from quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, or warlike conditions, weather or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors.
