Payment Due Dates

Painting/Drawing session 2: July 6 - 13, 2008

Registration form, responsibility waiver and a USD $200.00 deposit are due by May 6, 2008. The deposit will ensure your place in the workshop and will be applied to the program cost. Balance in full is due by June 6, 2008. Because enrollment is limited, please register early to ensure your participation. Participants register for the full session with everyone arriving on Paros on July 5, 2008. Departure date is July 13, 2008.

Deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to withdraw from the trip, you must notify by email this address: neva@artistsonthemove.com

If, for any reason, a workshop needs to be cancelled (by Artists on the Move and Neva Bergemann), you will be notified seven weeks before the scheduled starting date of the session. In this case specifically where seven weeks notice has been given, the deposit and any other payments will be refunded in full or participant may choose to register for another session. All participants must complete a registration form and provide all materials requested.
