The art classes are held for seven full days, with arrival one day prior to the first day of the art class. The cost of the program is $1,100 payable in US dollars. The program fee includes tuition for classes and some workshop materials.
Ground transportation, airfare to and from Paros, accommodation, required art supplies, personal items and purchases, daily meals and additional excursions are not included in the program fee.
Because enrollment is limited, you are encouraged to send your registration form and deposit as soon as possible.
All payments for the art classes are conducted via bank-to-bank wire transfer or with PayPal instant transfer, PayPal eCheck or credit card. Upon receipt of the registration form you will be sent information as to how to conduct these transactions and where to send the signed responsibility waiver. Once all documents are received including the registration form, deposit, and waiver, you will be notified of your reservation in the course. For payment due dates, see below.
Deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to withdraw from the trip, you must notify by email using this contact form.
If, for any reason, a workshop needs to be canceled (by Artists on the Move and Neva Bergemann), you will be notified seven weeks before the scheduled starting date of the session. In this case specifically where seven weeks notice has been given, the deposit and any other payments will be refunded in full or participant may choose to register for another session. All participants must complete a registration form and provide all materials requested.
Registration form, responsibility waiver and a USD $200.00 deposit are due by April 15, 2024. The deposit will ensure your place in the workshop and will be applied to the program cost. Balance in full is due by May 8, 2024. Because enrollment is limited, please register early to ensure your participation. Participants register for the full session with everyone arriving on Paros on May 19, 2024. Departure date is May 27, 2024.
